Laboratory Dissolvers

Laboratory Dissolvers

The product line comprises high-speed dissolvers designed for the mixing and dispersion of coatings, inks, adhesives, latex, and other chemical products. These dissolvers feature a Siemens* squirrel-cage motor equipped with frequency control (*excluding BGD 740/1 and BGD 741/1). The inclusion of a frequency converter allows for the adjustment of working speed with a digital display for precise control.

Key technical attributes include:

  • Motor Technology: Siemens squirrel-cage motor.
  • Speed Control: Frequency converter for adjusting working speed.
  • Digital Display: Provides a visual representation of the working speed.
  • Noise Level: Low noise operation.
  • Torque: High torque for efficient mixing and dispersion.
  • Material: Constructed with stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance.
  • Blade Configuration: Standard configuration includes two or four dispersing blades (limited to 550W & 750W models), offering flexibility in application.
  • Adjustable Speed: Wide range of adjustable speeds to cater to different processing needs.
