The BGD 763 and 764-series Closed Paint Mixers and shakers: a paint can is inserted and locked inside the paint mixer. The machine allows setting required working time and - thanks to a high-speed rotating and shaking movement, the sample can be efficiently dispersed. These machines are simple and easy to use, granting at the same time high-efficiency, no VOC-leakage (Volatile Organic Compounds) and no pollution. 

Based on their working principle, these machines can be categorized into two types: shaking type and rotating type. In the shaking type (BGD 763-series), the container is shaken vigorously up and down and back and forth at high speed. In the rotating type (BGD 764-series), the container undergoes simultaneous revolution and rotation.

Automatic Type:

• Self-checking program runs automatically before operation, ensuring all parameters meet requirements before starting work. In case of any abnormalities, the machine alarms with a buzzer and indicates the need for adjustment
• Digital display shows the working status and runtime, enabling operators to monitor machine status
• PLC microcomputer control enables automatic detection and response, adjusting the height to clamp containers
• Automatic fixing or loosening of containers and offering suitable working speeds
• Automatic size checking of containers and adjustment of clamping power and rotating speed accordingly
• Multi-grade intelligent timing inverter provides adequate speed control for stable operation.
