Plastic Test Panels
When testing paint for plastic surfaces (such as toy paint, automotive paints, industrial and marine plastic paints, etc.), the substrate material must match the actual material in use. A standard plastic panel is divided into three sections: fine emery, coarse emery, and a smooth surface, all on the same plate. This allows the paint's effect on different plastic substrates to be fully demonstrated. To meet customers' varied needs, Solvica has developed a range of standardized plastic panels (e.g., ABS, using solvent-resistant spray-type raw materials).
The company also injects new materials into various plastic panels and offers OEM services, allowing customers to design their own logos on the panels according to their specifications.
Common Materials:
• ABS – Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene
• PC – Polycarbonate
• PP – Polypropylene
• HIPS – High-Impact Polystyrene
Once you confirm the plastic panel's size and material, you can choose from black, white, or gray (with PC material also available in transparent).
Please specify your preferences when ordering! We also offer customization of plastic panels according to customers' special requirements, including logo design.
