Compared with the traditional products, main parts of milling basket, such as basket wall, milling blades and pump impeller, are made of strong abrasion resistance material (either zirconia for the BGD 756-series or high quality steel for the BGD 755-series) which will greatly extend the service time of mill and also reduce influence to the color of samples milled in the basket.
Moreover, in order to offer a convenience for customers to replace samples rapidly and clear the basket completely, the basket has been designed as an easy to dismantle structure. Customers can inspect the grinding medium (beads) usage and replace it at any time.
