Conventional wire bar coaters utilize wire-wound rods (twine rods with steel wires), where the delicate wire on the surface is prone to loosening or breakage. This not only complicates cleaning but also hinders their suitability for producing ultra-thin coatings.
In response to these challenges we introduce our Formed Rods. Crafted with precision molds and employing cold extrusion techniques, these rods feature a deliberately uneven wavy curve on their surface. This design ensures they achieve comparable coating results to traditional wire bar coaters, addressing the shortcomings associated with fine wire fragility and challenging cleaning procedures.
