Drying time recorders

The drying time of a paint is one of the most important properties of a paint. Our Intelligent line drying time recorder BGD 262 meets all different requirements to analyze the drying performance of paint samples up to 48 hours. 

It has three dividual pairs of tracks. Each channel has two working channels. This advanced drying time recorder has the following features:

A user-friendly large format touch-screen (5") which can show the actual working parameters of the three channels at the same time. 

Broad and flexible time range can be set, varying from 1 minute up to 48 hours. This makes our drying time recorder suitable for fast drying waterborne coatings as well as very slow drying paints that may need days to dry.

It uses a photoelectric sensor to accumulate and show real-time position, to obtain an accurate position which precisely corresponds to the working time

With motor drive controlling system  to ensure high precision location, and each channel has a LED indicator light to show if this channel is working or not.

Supplied with 6 pcs stainless steel weights for recording of through drying and calibration certificate. The BGD 262 is compliance with standards ASTM D 5895-03, ISO 9117-4
