Our BGD 264 Through-Drying Time Tester is designed and manufactured according to the latest national standards GB/T 37362.1-2019 and ISO 9117.1-2009. It is used to determine whether a single coating or composite coating system of paint, varnish, or related products reaches a completely dry state after a specified drying time under standard conditions, or to ascertain the drying time required to achieve a completely dry state.

Technical Specification
The instrument consists of a base and a freely sliding pressure column. During the test, a specific thickness of paint or varnish is applied to the substrate and dried under specified conditions. A certain load is then applied to the test area on the coating surface, followed by rotating the load 90° on the coating surface. The degree of dryness of the entire coating is assessed by checking the loss condition of the coating surface.
